The Silent Auction: Making Local Talent Resonate

The North Hatley Jazz Festival is more than just a musical event; it is the beating heart of our community. This year, our Silent Auction serves as a bridge connecting our local merchants, our talented artists, and you.
A Unique Model of Solidarity
For this edition, we have chosen an innovative and equitable partnership model that reflects our commitment to supporting both the local economy and creative arts:
Our Local Businesses: By donating products or services, our merchants invest in the touristic and cultural vitality of North Hatley. Every donation directly helps fund the festival’s free infrastructure and public performances.
Our Local Artists: Because we believe in the fair value of artistic labor, the festival acts as a “solidarity gallery.” For every artwork sold, 50% of the final bid is paid directly to the artist, while the other 50% supports the festival’s musical programming.

Why Participate?
Whether you run a shop on Main Street or create in your home studio, participating in the auction offers you a premier showcase:
High Visibility: Your name and logo will be featured online and highlighted to thousands of festival-goers.
Community Engagement: Align your brand with a prestigious event that is a source of pride for North Hatley.
Direct Impact: You help maintain free admission for several concerts and ensure the long-term sustainability of our cultural scene.
“Supporting jazz is an investment in the soul of our village.”

How to Participate?
Do you have a unique item, a memorable experience, or a piece of art to offer? We would be delighted to include it in this year’s Silent Auction.
